Today, Tony serves as the agency’s founder and strategic visionary, with a focus on high-level counsel, thought leadership, and the principles that continue to guide the work. The day-to-day execution and client leadership are driven by a dynamic team that carries that vision forward, ensuring the agency’s standard of excellence not only endures but also evolves.

Tony’s career has been recognized with honors, including “20 People to Know in Marketing & Advertising” by the Phoenix Business Journal, Phoenix Magazine’s Great 48, and the One Community Local Hero Award. His experience spans from Hollywood studios to Capitol Hill, from Madison Avenue to Main Street, advising leaders, launching brands, and shaping messaging strategies that build trust, loyalty, and meaningful connections.

When he is not providing high-level strategy for the agency, Tony is focused on writing and hosting Santa Land, a grown-up fairytale podcast exploring grief, joy, and the magic of becoming.

Tim SanFelice serves as the force behind the follow-through at The Felice Agency. Known internally as “The Keeper of Promises,” Tim ensures that what the agency imagines, sells, and commits to is executed with precision, accountability, and consistency.

​

While the agency is built on bold ideas and creative vision, Tim is the architect of how those ideas come to life. He leads day-to-day operations with a steady hand, overseeing systems, people, and processes to ensure the agency delivers at the highest level every time. From vendor partnerships and contract negotiations to logistics and resource management, his work underpins the agency's progress.

​

Tim also plays a critical role in translating strategy into action. He has led and executed high-impact initiatives across sectors, including multi-state fire department recruitment campaigns and complex state agency website recoveries, stepping in when the stakes are high and execution matters most. His ability to deploy the right tactics at the right time has made him a trusted operator in moments that demand both urgency and excellence.

​

Before joining The Felice Agency, Tim spent more than two decades as the sole Operations Manager for OPACS, a multi-million dollar, family-owned B2B office supply company. There, he developed deep expertise in operational efficiency, scalability, and relationship management that continues to define his leadership today. His early career in restaurant management laid the foundation for his people-first approach, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.

​

He is an active supporter and volunteer with Local First Arizona, prioritizing partnerships with locally owned businesses whenever possible. In San Diego, he is a founding member of Don’t Trash Mission Beach, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving the cleanliness and integrity of the Mission Beach community.

​

Ashlee brings more than 15 years of experience in business management, client strategy, and integrated marketing across media, advertising, and brand environments, along with 5+ years of focused experience in public relations. Known for her ability to build, scale, and retain high-value client relationships, she has developed a reputation for driving results that keep clients not just satisfied but loyal.

She leads with a clear point of view, combining strategic insight with decisive execution. Ashlee doesn’t just lead projects, she architects growth, aligning business objectives with marketing, communications, and PR strategies that perform. Her approach is grounded in experience, sharpened by intuition, and focused on outcomes.

At the agency, Ashlee oversees all client communications and strategic direction, ensuring every engagement is intentional, aligned, and built to deliver. With a strong foundation in public relations, she brings a nuanced understanding of messaging, media positioning, and reputation management to every client she serves.

As the Brand Engagement Manager and Junior Strategist at the Felice Agency, Gaven co-leads the creative department and delivers strategic, high-impact brand work. She directs creative execution across client initiatives and guides strategic projects that bring clarity, structure, and forward momentum to growing organizations.

​

She is known for her steady leadership and solutions-first approach. She brings a clear point of view—championing smart strategy, elevating strong ideas, and ensuring the work performs as well as it looks. In her world, creative excellence and operational efficiency are inextricably linked.

​

Gaven partners best with purpose-driven organizations and leaders who are committed to making a meaningful impact. Direct, collaborative, and grounded in accountability, Gaven values work that respects people’s time and produces real results. A hint of Southern charm keeps her style human, and candor keeps it effective.

She holds a B.S. in Digital and Integrated Marketing Communications from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and an A.A. in Marketing and Public Relations from Northwest Mississippi Community College. Her cross-industry experience—from fashion and education to beauty and professional services—shapes her disciplined, creative approach to brand engagement.

HEATHER LOCKE

Chief Web Team Officer, Hammersmith Support at the Felice Agency

Heather heads up the Web Support Team at the Felice Agency, specializing in support, development, and design using the WordPress Platform.

 

After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Heather began her career as a web developer and quickly moved into a role of managing a team of programmers, designers, animators, and digital video producers for a wide variety of multimedia interactive corporate applications, including marketing, communications, and e-learning.

 

From there, she worked as a project manager for Fortune 1000 companies, including Subway, Disney, HBO, and Target.

​

This expertise led her to found Hammersmith Support, a full-service web development company focused on helping clients of all sizes move through every phase of the process: site building, hosting, and maintenance.

But most importantly, Hammersmith Support is built on a foundation of close relationships with clients. Heather seeks to know who you are, the challenges your company faces, and then uses that knowledge to build a fresh, engaging, up-to-date website that reflects your organization’s core values and personality.

Carey is our partner for podcasting production for various clients and brands. She 

is an Emmy Award Winning News Anchor, Host and Investigative Journalist. As Founder and CEO of Inspired Media 360, she created her dream company at the intersection of TECH and TV. Carey strives to inspire people through the stories IM360 covers, the shows and content her company creates, and the many events and charity efforts she emcees and volunteers for.

Doreen’s life motto: Life is short…be kind to one another, eat well, laugh, and cherish each moment you have with those you love.
​

As a chef, creating new recipes and challenging herself to make something “better” has always been her passion. It was this passion and desire to create better hot pickled peppers that really spurred the humble beginnings of Savor Acts, along with an overabundant pepper garden, and HOT ASS was created. Pickling peppers and giving them as gifts; suddenly, the request to sell them sparked this whole journey.

​

Doreen’s love of food and cooking started when she was 5 years old, but her professional cooking career has spanned over 26 years. She created a boutique catering business, Apropos Culinary Artistry, with her best friend and business partner, Anna, in the San Francisco Bay Area, while in culinary school. Then later started Dining with Doreen, her food blog. She was also a finalist on the Food Network’s The Next Food Network Star, Season 6. Since her television debut on the Food Network, she continues to share her recipes as the resident chef on The Vegas Morning Blend and on various television stations across the country. She also continues to share her lifestyle and passion for food on various social media platforms like Instagram as DiningwithDoreen, and Facebook, and Twitter.
 

Besides food, helping others and making a positive difference in the community is something that Doreen is incredibly passionate about. When her mom passed away from lung cancer in 2002, she and her sisters took a difficult moment and turned it into something positive by creating the Bonnie Fang Foundation™. The tremendous impact her mom made as a nurse and individual has had a major influence on Doreen’s life. Giving back to the community in multiple ways is extremely important to her. 

 

Growing up in California to Chinese/Taiwanese immigrant parents, Chinese food was what she was predominantly raised on, and it was her desire and openness to try new foods that took her to culinary school instead of going to medical school (or becoming a professional pool player). Her mom loved eating spicy foods, which also rubbed off on Doreen (and affectionately nicknamed her mom: Spicy Girl). As a Chinese-American, Doreen loves her culture and foods, but it is her passion to learn and try new foods from diverse cultures that pushes her to expand her food knowledge. She is always cooking and trying new things and is also working on creating more unique items within the Savor Acts® family.
