Our Work Program
1. Kick Off
Once we have an agreement, we set up a kick-off call to discuss the objectives for the site, and get an understanding of the brand, and content that needs to be included. Often the client provides copy for the site or we write all content, depending on the nature of our engagement.
Identify
2. Design
Design 1st Round - For the first stage we do 1-2 home page designs, usually the 2nd design is a variation of the first. We set up a call to review and get feedback and then provide a revision.

Design 2nd Round - After the home page design is approved, we design the additional pages.

Design Review / Finalization - The client reviews and provides final feedback on the design.

3. Development
After the design has been approved, we develop the site. At this point, we should have the final copy/images and the design is approved so this phase is just production.

Staging review / Testing - We provide a staging link for the client for an initial review and continue our QA process while the client is reviewing. This is when we put any SEO (image labels, etc), test the contact forms, and do additional testing on mobile devices.

4. Launch
Client provides approval for launch. We have a checklist of about 20 items we go through when it's time to launch.
